So, last week I graduated from the Russell Tech Business Incubator Program with AMPED! We had educational classes every week this year. Going through this program allowed me to dig deeper into my business and develop actionable steps. Today, I am manifesting clarity when choosing a location for my hotel, "Global Lofts". When making the decision, I will have no doubts but trust. The sellers will work with me to make favorable terms. My commercial agent will be knowledgeable and open during the purchase process. My attorney will prepare a contract that protects me. My team will be supportive through the process. The city will provide state or federal funding to assist the project. While dealing with permits and codes, the process will go smoothly. I will have hard-working contractors who believe in providing high-quality work.

I will have my family and my team witness as I sign the deed.❤️✨️

8/8 is here! Cheers to a new chapter!! I have to say this year hits differently for me. I am not where I expected to be!

Part of me imagined I would be married, had kids, or been a great bonus mom by now. But God has much larger plans for my life. I would have never imagined becoming a future hotelier would be a part of his plans or pitching Global Lofts in D.C. for the very first time. Also, being one of a hundred businesses accepted into a business incubator and becoming most admired woman in hospitality!

I am not where I expected to be! I feel different because I am different. I am embracing this new chapter with self-love and grace.

I am ready for this beautiful 40th journey. ❤️✨️🥳
